Account & Business Information

When you register for Swift Signage, we collect your email address, display name, and business details (business name, business type). This information is used to create and manage your account.

Media & Content

Images and videos you upload for use in slideshows, menu boards, and showcases are stored securely via Cloudinary. Files are associated with your business account and are used solely to deliver your content to your registered TV displays.

TV Device Data

When you link an Android TV device, we collect a device registration code, device name, screen dimensions, device manufacturer, app version, and online/offline status. This data is used to manage your displays and deliver content.

Usage & Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymised usage data including app interactions, feature usage, and crash reports. This helps us improve the platform. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data.

Providing the Service

Your data is used to operate Swift Signage — creating your account, linking your TV devices, delivering your content to your displays, and enabling real-time updates.

Push Notifications

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send real-time sync signals to your linked TV devices when you update content. These are system-level signals, not marketing messages.

Service Improvement

Anonymised analytics data is used to understand how the platform is used, identify issues, and improve features. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Communication

We may use your email address to send important service notifications such as account changes, security alerts, or major platform updates. We do not send promotional emails without your consent.

Firebase (Google)

We use Firebase by Google for authentication (Firebase Auth), database (Cloud Firestore), and push messaging (Firebase Cloud Messaging). Your account and business data is stored in Cloud Firestore. Firebase is a Google service and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Data may be stored on Google servers located globally.

Cloudinary

Media files (images and videos) you upload are stored and served through Cloudinary, a cloud media management platform. Files are stored under your business ID and are accessible only via your account. Cloudinary is subject to their own Privacy Policy and data processing terms.

Vercel

The Swift Signage web administration panel is hosted on Vercel. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be collected by Vercel as part of hosting operations.

Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures including Firebase Security Rules to restrict database access, HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, and authenticated access controls ensuring each business can only access its own data.

Access Control

Access to your business data, media files, and TV device information is restricted to your account credentials. Superuser access (for platform administration) is limited to authorised personnel only.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Please use a strong password and do not share your login details. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Active Accounts

We retain your account data and media files for as long as your account is active and in use. Your data remains available so long as you continue to use the Swift Signage platform.

Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at krisnavneet@gmail.com. Upon verified request, we will permanently delete your account, business data, and uploaded media files within 30 days.

Inactive Accounts

Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to data cleanup at our discretion, with prior notice sent to the registered email address.

Access & Portability

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you at any time. Please contact us at krisnavneet@gmail.com with your request.

Correction

You can update your account information (display name, email) at any time through the Swift Signage admin panel under Settings.

Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. We will comply with all deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain data.

Objection

You may object to certain types of data processing, including analytics. To opt out of Firebase Analytics data collection on the Android TV app, please contact us and we will provide guidance.

Age Requirement

Swift Signage is a business-facing platform intended for use by businesses and adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

TV Display Viewers

The content displayed on TV screens using Swift Signage is managed by business owners. Swift Signage does not collect any data from individuals who view content on TV displays — the viewing audience is not tracked or identified in any way.

Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Notification

For significant changes, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of Swift Signage after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
